  • Electronically review applicant/resident files via a web-based system to ensure adherence to applicable federal and state program regulations for affordable housing programs.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in LIHTC affordable housing industry required. Experience in HUD, RD, HOME, and Bond programs is preferred.
