Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contractual provisions and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations
• Serve as a subject matter resource for day-to-day compliance-related inquiries and processes
• Analyze regulatory issues and determine appropriate corrective actions and resolutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for initiating and coordinating compliance-related projects
• Facilitate regulatory submissions for digital content, materials, and experiences requiring approval
• Monitor submission status, track approvals, and address regulatory feedback in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Conduct periodic compliance assessments and audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Maintain high-quality documentation supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to building new compliance workflows

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key Skills; 4-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations (Medicare/Medicaid preferred)
• Experience supporting managed care or healthcare regulatory environments
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Prior experience facilitating regulatory reviews or approvals
• Background working in fully remote, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
