Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in Pittsburgh is seeking a Compliance Specialist for Advisory Businesses to ensure regulatory compliance across Wealth, Private Banking and Insurance lines.

You will collaborate with the compliance team to identify, measure and monitor risk within advisory Services and implement assessment processes. The role requires a BA/BS and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong project management, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Documents departmental workflows and recommends solutions to improve quality and reduce costs, identifies problems, diagnoses causes and determines corrective actions.
• Performs ongoing data integrity validation and correction activities in high-risk areas, documents findings and reports them to management in a timely manner.
• Documents and maintains assessment methodology and supports external and internal examinations as assigned.
• Develops and implements assessment processes and prepares periodic monitoring reports.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees have responsibility to serve as risk managers by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring risk per the risk management program.

Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring Advisory (Wealth / Private Banking / Insurance) comply with regulatory requirements and applicable policies and procedures governing their business practices. The incumbent collaborates with other members of the compliance staff in the identification, measurement and monitoring of compliance risks within Advisory.

Primary Responsibilities
