Brightway Insurance in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Compliance Licensing Coordinator to monitor regulatory requirements, maintain licensing, CE credits and ensure franchisee compliance across the Brightway system. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Proactively analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and franchisee compliance within the franchise system
  • Manages ongoing workload effectively and efficiently; using strong organizational skills, develops calendars and checklists for certain ongoing work
  • Regularly manages emails, Salesforce and other systems through which work is requested and tracked
  • Proactively makes outbound calls or sends emails with the purpose of clarifying information or gathering correct information
  • Maintain all licensing needs for Home Office employees, including applying for resident licenses, tracking CE credits
  • Manage all licensed associates within Brightway system license tracking by setting up Salesforce and Creative Compliance license records, and tracking CE credits along with license types
  • Work with E&O carrier to resolve possible E&O claims, escalations, and maintain the E&O roster
  • Completes annual filings for states that Brightway conducts business within
  • Fulfills requester’s needs, ensuring satisfaction
  • Documents processes followed to ensure tasks can be replicated accurately
  • Maintains process and procedure manual for the area
  • Listens to, and incorporates, feedback
  • Documents activities and follow up in appropriate systems regularly and accurately
  • Works as part of a team, ensuring work done is complementary and not duplicative or conflicting

Scope:

Responsible for keeping the company’s activities with the guidelines, regulations, and with high ethical expectations for within their job duties. Duties include monitoring the business operation and reporting infractions, reviewing company policies for possible risks and liabilities, and researching legal requirement for current and new initiatives.

Internal/External Relationships:

Plays a key role as the “face/voice of Brightway” to franchisees, employees, and vendors for all licensing needs with respect to compliance issues and needs. Participates as a member of a Compliance team. Works with all levels and departments of the organization to promptly resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a professional workplace
  • Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy; exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service mindset; a desire and ability to deliver service that provides a high level of satisfaction
  • Ability to handle the most complex of requests
  • Strong communicator; must be able to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong independent judgment and decision making
  • Deep understanding of Brightway systems; regularly updates activities accurately
  • Ability to learn, embrace and put into practice new concepts and skills
  • Superior ability to manage own time, activities, projects and resources; models behavior for others
