Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Compliance RN to join the Quality Management team.

The role ensures adherence to governing standards across medications, medical services, and health programs, coordinating audits and delivering comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate holds an Associates degree in nursing (BSN preferred) and has healthcare experience in behavioral and medical crisis settings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelors degree in nursing is preferred.
• Healthcare experience with behavioral and medical crisis exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with governing bodies across medications, medical and health services.
• Coordinate audits and provide comprehensive reports with policy recommendations to management.
