Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of laws, rules and regulations applicable to coverage areas and provide regulatory guidance.
• Review regulatory changes and assess impact on assigned business units/functions.
• Manage compliance risk communications, training, documentation and procedures.
• Monitor and communicate compliance risk industry developments.
• Implement strategies related to the compliance risk management framework.
• Assess documentation to ensure accuracy for audits/regulators.
• Consult with units on remediation design and implementation.
