Job summary

Barclays in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Compliance Analyst to guide business units in following the Compliance risk management framework. You will provide regulatory advisory across products and services, using data analytics to monitor and influence the risk landscape, and develop deep insights into laws, regulations, financial crime, and conduct.

You will train stakeholders, demonstrate strong communication, and contribute to continual improvements while aligning with Barclays values and mindset.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.2 or above and graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Genuine passion for Compliance with proactive mindset.

• In-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned area of expertise.
• Thorough understanding of underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.
