Job summary

Seminole Gaming in Tampa is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to support auditing and related activities across the organization. The role involves organizing compliance records, reviewing CTR/SARC filings, and assisting with revenue verification and key audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring of sensitive transactions, maintaining documentation, and adhering to the Seminole Tribe Gaming Commission policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience with computerized auditing/accounting.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and 10-key adding machines.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day audit of all documents from operating departments and ensure ICS, Title 31 and PCI compliance
• Review and file CTR and SARC forms timely; re-file incomplete CTRs when info is attained
• Monitor daily sensitive key transactions
• Assist in quarterly audits of sensitive keys and users of sensitive keys
• Assist in monthly key watcher, marker bank audits and quarterly credit audits
• Adhere to Seminole Tribe Gaming Commission Policies and Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing support in all compliance and related activities

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Organize and maintain compliance record, audits, and reports
• Assist Revenue Verification when needed
• Responsible for the day-to-day audit of all documents generated from the operating departments and ensures the compliance with theICS, Title 31 and PCI
• Review and ensure the timely filing of CTR and SARC's and re-filing incomplete CTR's when additional information is attained
• Monitor daily sensitive key transactions
• Assist in conducting quarterly audits of sensitive keys and users of sensitive keys
• Assist in conducting monthly key watcher, marker bank audits and quarterly credit audits
• Adhere to the Seminole Tribe Gaming Commission Policies and Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with computerized auditing/accounting experience or a combination of education and/or experience with casino operations and with STGC and Federal rules and regulations
• Must have a working knowledge of MS word, Excel and 10 key adding machines
• Must possess excellent communication (both oral and written) skills
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must possess problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Work Environment:

• Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
