Front Porch is seeking a Compliance & Quality Assurance Nurse to oversee clinical compliance, quality assurance, regulatory readiness, and risk management across health services. The role collaborates with nursing and operations to identify risks, improve care standards, and strengthen readiness for regulatory surveys and audits.

Pay Range: $175,000 - $190,000
The Compliance & Quality Assurance Nurse supports clinical compliance, quality assurance, regulatory readiness, and risk management across Front Porch's health services. Through clinical audits, reviews, data analysis, education, and follow-up, this position evaluates care practices, documentation, policies and systems to promote compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements and organizational standards. The role partners with nursing and operational leaders across personal services, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing to identify clinical risks and opportunities for improvement, promote consistent standards of care, and strengthen community readiness for regulatory surveys and audits. This position will require travel.
