  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Yardi.

  • Experience in reporting to and working with housing agencies such as HUD, TCAC, and CalHFA
  • Training presentation skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance manuals and agreements
