The Compliance Program Manager manages Teachers regulatory compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices.

Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of eight years directly related experience required
  • Minimum five years of compliance program experience required
  • Minimum five years in an audit, financial service or related industry in a compliance role required

Job Duties
  • Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws
  • Oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes
  • Implements risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance
  • Evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations
  • Delivers communication and training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements
  • Oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization
  • Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints
  • Performs other duties upon request of immediate manager

The good faith range for this position is $93,000 - $116,250 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
