Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business or related field.
• Minimum six (6) years experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, regulatory or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the compliance team and ensure policies are followed.
• Develop and present training materials on medical record documentation and risk adjustment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional compliance projects and implement regulatory changes.
• Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs and administrative leaders to drive compliance initiatives.
