Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Campus Compliance and Privacy Manager to oversee and evolve the corporate compliance and privacy program across the hospital system, including multiple campuses. You will monitor regulatory compliance, lead investigations, chair campus committees, and report to senior management on risk and performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven approaches and technology adoption for monitoring and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five to seven years’ experience in healthcare compliance and privacy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws, privacy and security standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evolve the corporate compliance and privacy program across the NYP Hospital system.
• Monitor compliance with federal and state laws and regulations; lead investigations.
• Chair campus compliance committees and advise campus leadership.
• Translate compliance insights into actionable recommendations and drive risk assessment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
