We are seeking a Compliance Partnerships Lead to oversee and develop our compliance relationships with partner banks and strategic partners. This role involves leading a team, strategizing for the program, managing compliance risks, and collaborating across departments and regions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining the strategic vision for the Compliance Partnerships program.
  2. Engaging with stakeholders to optimize compliance processes with partners.
  3. Overseeing due diligence and compliance oversight of partners.
  4. Building relationships with senior compliance personnel at partner banks.
  5. Leading a team to understand and implement program requirements.
  6. Managing cross-departmental projects and international activities.
  7. Interpreting complex regulatory requirements and advising teams.
  8. Contributing to policy and standards development.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in senior compliance roles within financial services.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven ability to build credibility with partners, regulators, and leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of financial regulations, including consumer protection, BSA/AML, sanctions, and financial crimes.
  • Experience in complex negotiations and due diligence.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
