Job summary

Moneycorp is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to lead and oversee all First Line Compliance Operations across North America. You will drive onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and periodic reviews with a focus on regulatory alignment and excellent client experience.

You will manage a team, collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Sales, and report on KPIs and risk to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services and 4+ years in Compliance Operations
• Experience leading teams and managing onboarding, KYC reviews, and CDD/EDD
• Strong knowledge of AML/BSA and sanctions regulatory controls
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Compliance Operations team to ensure excellence
• Oversee onboarding activities for corporate and private clients with KYC
• Manage customer lifecycle reviews and periodic due diligence
• Ensure adherence to AML, sanctions, and control frameworks
• Act as escalation point for high-risk cases
• Monitor onboarding pipelines, SLAs, and performance metrics
• Prepare management information and risk reporting for leadership
