UVA School of Nursing seeks candidates for a Compliance Officer (CO) position. This full-time staff position requires the incorporation of data management and regulatory guidelines to ensure that students are compliant with all clinical requirements using specified requirements for the School of Nursing, as well as external clinical sites. Additionally, the CO will manage databases and prepare reports needed for mandated surveys and report to the Director of Compliance, Accreditation, and Enhancement and collaborate frequently with the Director of Degree Program Administration, Program Managers, Clinical Coordinators, faculty, and external site contacts on clinical compliance issues/policies/procedures.Hybrid-remote work is possible.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
The hiring range is $52,000-$62,000, commensurate with education and experience.

This position is based in Charlottesville, VA, and is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days on grounds per week, with additional on-site presence as needed, in accordance with UVA's remote work guidelines.
