WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Compliance Officer III- Advisory reports directly to the Director, Compliance Advisory. This role supports assigned Bank Business Lines and/or BaaS FinTech Partners. The Compliance Officer III helps oversee and improve the compliance management system (CMS) to align with the Bank's growth strategy and risk appetite. You will oversee the Bank and/or CCB FinTech Division (CCBX) Compliance Program, working closely with senior staff and leadership to provide strategic regulatory compliance advice and problem-solving expertise. Additionally, you will support the development of compliance processes, technology, and reporting to ensure the Compliance group operates efficiently and effectively while mitigating compliance risks.
