What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the analysis of external laws and regulations as well as internal processes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Serve as a liaison between examiners, regulators, auditors, and compliance teams during examinations
- Develop and maintain compliance testing programs and prepare reports for management
- Provide guidance to management and associates on compliance-related matters as a subject matter expert
- Assist less experienced associates in addressing compliance-related issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking
- Strong knowledge of current laws, regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures affecting the banking industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with personal and institutional trust governing documents, rules, and regulations
- Experience with ERISA and corresponding retirement plan types
