Job Title: CO II – Privacy
General Function:
Leads the identification, assessment, investigation, and remediation of privacy risks (e.g., GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and executes procedures to evaluate the Bancorp’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develops and implements strategies to close performance gaps. Operates with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision, collaborating across departments and within cross-functional teams.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and concerns, adhering to policies and procedures, and consistently acting in the best interest of customers and colleagues. Operates within the Bank’s risk appetite while identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting all types of risks.
