Job summary

You will collaborate with legal, investment, and global compliance colleagues; 2+ years in finance compliance is preferred; hybrid schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance or regulatory roles, preferably within financial services.
• Experience handling confidential information and regulatory controls.
• Background interfacing with legal and investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Review expert network interaction requests and chaperone sensitive meetings as needed.
• Evaluate access to virtual data rooms and manage confidential content workflows.
• Maintain restricted and watchlists accurately and in real-time.
• Assist in monitoring and escalating MNPI events, both planned and inadvertent.

Required Experience:

• Familiarity with public vs. private-side dynamics in asset management or investment banking
• Prior exposure to insider trading compliance or Control Group operations
• Experience working in a global or cross-border compliance environment
