Community State Bank in Wisconsin seeks a Compliance Officer to manage the Bank’s compliance programs, policies, monitoring systems, technology-based controls, and training. The role includes regulatory monitoring and testing, CRA/HMDA data coordination, and board reporting.

To manage the Bank’s compliance programs, including policies, procedures, systems monitoring, technology-based controls, and training, as well as compliance monitoring and testing.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. CRCM, CAMS, or similar certification preferred. Ongoing Compliance related education is required.
5 years of progressive experience in banking compliance or regulatory roles.
Full knowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting consumer and commercial compliance, BSA/AML and OFAC. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, dependable and ability to multi-task, ability to communicate well with all levels within the bank and outside agencies, ability to research regulations and implement applicable changes, proficiency in MS Office suite.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of staff and outside contacts.
Regular judgements are made with the guidance of Senior Management and Board of Directors.
