University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union seeks a Compliance Officer to develop, administer, and monitor programs ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will educate staff and Senior Management on compliance responsibilities and keep leadership informed about risk exposure.
This exempt, on-site role reports to the Vice President, Member Support and requires a four-year degree, MS Office proficiency, and experience writing policies and procedures.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

This position develops, administers and monitors programs for compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing operations and products. Informs and educates staff and Senior Management of compliance responsibilities. Ensures Senior Management is kept informed of all aspects of the Credit Union’s compliance activities, including an evaluation of its relative risk exposure related to compliance.
The following duties are completed in an accurate, updated and timely manner:
Education/Certification:
Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
Required Knowledge:
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of financial institution regulations.
Experience Required:
Experience in writing policies, manuals and procedures.
