The Work
  • Support and advise Life Sciences and/or Healthcare organizations within the compliance domains of anti-bribery corruption, foreign corrupt practices, HCP compliance, quality and risk management, False Claims act, etc.
  • Advise the compliance functions on maturing their capabilities including the use of technology/AI in developing use cases for execution of compliance activities
  • Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for Life Sciences and/or Healthcare organizations
  • Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first
  • Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows
  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
  • Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce
  • Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience
  • Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products
  • Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients’ businesses – and ours

Travel: As needed per client requirements

Requirements
  • 6+ years' consulting experience from a large, competitor firm, delivering risk and compliance solutions
  • 6+ years' experience in risk and compliance within the Life Sciences industry including thorough knowledge of anti-bribery corruption, FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and HCP compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree
