  • Partner with Corporate Safety leadership to establish annual safety and compliance goals, objectives, measurements, and action plans.
  • Complete quarterly regional safety reviews and present findings to the Regional Vice President and management team.
  • Analyze incidents, accident frequency, investigations, road observations, workers' compensation claims, risk/loss data, and other trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and monitor mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.
  • Track required safety training, including Hazard Communication, driver safety, fall protection, machine guarding, hearing conservation, confined space, lockout/tagout, and personal protective equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective safety communications using multiple communication methods.
  • Stay current on changes to federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
