Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5+ years in compliance, risk management, audit, or information security.
• Experience developing or maintaining policies, conducting risk assessments, and supporting remediation efforts.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance and risk assessments and participate in internal control testing.
• Prepare for external audits, regulatory inquiries, and legal requests.
• Manage third‑party vendor risk assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Oversee incident and breach response, including investigation and remediation.
• Maintain SOC 2 controls, documentation, and evidence management.
• Develop and enforce policies on PHI, data classification, encryption, and access controls.
• Lead mandatory compliance training programs and track LMS reporting.
• Coordinate regulatory and privacy aspects of incident response and notification obligations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to ensure operational compliance.
