As Government & Securities Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of the execution of our political compliance workstream. You will design and implement risk-based controls to ensure our firm’s client work and activities comply with requirements related to foreign influence, lobbying, political donations, pay-to-play, and PAC laws and regulations.
You will engage with key stakeholders (e.g., Ethics & Compliance subject matter experts, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit) to ensure appropriate reviews and due diligence are performed on our firm's third parties.
You will deliver trainings on compliance programs and regulatory matters to raise awareness of government and securities regulatory requirements within the firm.
As a member of the Regulatory Programs team and E&C function, you will contribute as a thought partner and, where relevant, manage key organizational, operational, or strategic initiatives.
You will participate in regionally focused initiatives to advance our integrity agenda under the direction of regional E&C leaders, with the aim of raising awareness and supporting our E&C program.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will work with cross-functional and senior stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Risk) across the firm on new, existing, or enhanced procedures, policies, or guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.
You will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.
