Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Compliance Manager to support our U.S. exchange operations in a high-ownership, hands-on role.

You will collaborate with the compliance team on BSA/AML, policy maintenance, and consumer compliance, driving remediation and regulatory responses. The role requires 3+ years in financial services or fintech compliance, familiarity with Reg E and UDAAP, and experience supporting regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services or fintech.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements.
• Direct experience with Reg E and UDAAP.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and remediation projects.
• Fintech or crypto industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Compliance Program (BSA/AML, policy maintenance, monitoring).
• Assist audits and reviews of the AML program and coordinate issue resolution.
• Develop and manage project plans for regulatory remediation efforts, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for remediation efforts and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for working groups, committees, project dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Ensure clear and timely customer communication during the RFI process.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and ad hoc compliance assessments as needed.
• Support consumer compliance obligations, including Reg E and UDAAP.
• Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures, keeping them current with regulatory changes.
• Identify procedural opportunities and drive process improvements across compliance functions.
• Perform ad hoc special projects as required.
• Work with regulators and help facilitate regulatory relationships as needed.
