Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Compliance Manager to support U.S. exchange operations in a high-ownership, hands-on role.

You will work with the compliance team on BSA/AML program support, policy maintenance, consumer compliance, and regulatory remediation to bring structure and initiative to everything you do. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare materials for governance and regulators, and manage remediation projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements.
• Direct experience with consumer compliance regulations (Reg E, UDAAP).
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, managing remediation projects, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Comfort with ambiguous environments and working without a fully paved road.
• Fintech or crypto industry background preferred.
• Consumer compliance experience (Reg E, prepaid/credit card) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Crypto.com Compliance Program (BSA/AML, policy development, and monitoring).
• Assist in audits and reviews of the AML program and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Manage project plans for regulatory remediation efforts including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to drive remediation progress.
• Prepare materials for working groups, committees, dashboards, and exec presentations.
• Ensure clear customer communication during the RFI process.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and ad hoc compliance assessments as needed.
• Support consumer compliance obligations (Reg E, UDAAP) and policy maintenance.
• Own and update compliance policies to reflect regulatory changes and business developments.
• Identify procedural improvements to enhance efficiency across compliance.
• Engage regulators and support regulatory relationship building as needed.
