June Point Lending, NYC-based fintech, is seeking its first dedicated Compliance Manager. You will own the regulatory backbone across state and federal compliance, licensing, vendor oversight, and corporate reporting as the company expands into consumer lending.
This hands-on role requires building processes from scratch, partnering with sales, credit and operations, and delivering timely compliance programs while balancing startup speed with regulatory rigor.
Location: NYC (Preferred), Open to Remote
June Point Lending (JPL) is making homeownership possible and more accessible for a creditworthy but underserved segment of the market: business owners, self-employed workers, and real estate investors. Being enterprising and independent shouldn’t mean getting shut out of the housing market - we’re here to fix that.
We’re automating mortgage loan underwriting with the goal of instant, real-time decisions, resulting in wider access and affordability. This speed, certainty and service for our B2B partners allows them to serve more homebuyers, with the products they need, at market leading rates.

As June Point's first dedicated Compliance Manager, you'll help build and expand on the compliance function while the company expands into consumer-purpose lending and new state licenses. You'll own the regulatory backbone of the business - state and federal compliance as well as licensing, vendor & counterparty oversight and management, corporate compliance reporting, and our company-wide compliance program. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role with real latitude: you'll be defining how compliance operates here, building on the foundation that has been set.
