Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Compliance Manager to support U.S. exchange operations with hands-on ownership and judgment. You will help maintain the BSA/AML program, assist audits, and coordinate remediation efforts across internal teams and external consultants.

You will also manage policy updates, regulatory communications, and consumer compliance obligations. This hybrid role offers a strong growth path and a collaborative, fast-moving environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and the Bank Secrecy Act framework.
• Direct experience with consumer compliance regulations including Reg E and UDAAP.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and coordinating remediation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience preparing materials for working groups, committees, or regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain BSA/AML program, policy maintenance, and ongoing monitoring.
• Assist audits and reviews; coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans for regulatory remediation efforts, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts and communicate progress.
• Prepare materials for working groups, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Ensure clear and timely customer communication during the RFI process.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and ad hoc compliance assessments as needed.
• Support consumer compliance obligations, including Reg E and UDAAP.
• Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures, updating with regulatory changes.
• Identify procedural improvements and drive process improvements across compliance.
• Perform ad hoc special projects and work with regulators as needed.
