Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Licenses & Permits Compliance professional to ensure regulatory adherence across a broad North American aviation network. You’ll work with internal teams and leadership to safeguard business continuity and enable expansion.

The role emphasizes independent task execution, with collaboration on specialized compliance projects, in a fast-paced environment with EST hours and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee licenses and permits compliance across North American aviation sites.
  • Identify risks and propose policy improvements to mitigate liabilities.
  • Monitor licensing, wage, and regulatory compliance on a daily basis.
  • Represent compliance needs in labor relations meetings and leadership briefings.
  • Provide concise, actionable updates to senior leadership.

Leads Licenses & Permits compliance across the North America Aviation portfolio, overseeing regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, audit readiness, operational discipline, and executive reporting.

Sodexo Live! creates unforgettable experiences through hospitality at airports, stadiums, arenas, convention centers, zoos, museums, and more. Remote role with EST hours; some travel required.

Join a fast-paced and high-impact environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness across a dynamic network of airport locations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership, helping to safeguard business continuity and support expansion efforts.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $100430 per year

What you’ll bring
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks with the ability to analyze compliance requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements, especially in unionized environments
  • Administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and urgency in high- volume or deadline-driven settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or compliance tracking systems to manage and report critical data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and clear communication style
