PCS employs approximately five hundred staff members. The company has offices in New York, NY, Edison, NJ, St. Petersburg, FL, Schaumburg, IL, and San Diego, CA. PCS has a geographically diverse workforce and supports hybrid and remote business-based flexibility. This role is considered hybrid; the expectation is two days' presence in the New York, NY office.

About the Position

The Compliance & Licensing Analyst will report directly to the Producer Management Specialist and will assist with producer management tasks to support Private Client Select’s personal lines business. This role ensures seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders and the ideal candidate will excel in communicating effectively and fostering trust and collaboration with internal and external partners. Attention to detail, critical thinking skills and customer service excellence are critical components of this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assists in producer management functions, including but not limited to licensing and appointment analysis and implementation for broker-partner relationships.
  • Ability to research, collect, evaluate data, and compile information from internal and external parties to meet producer management objectives.
  • Validate and investigate producer case and issue submissions to ensure business practice standards are being met in compliance with relevant regulations and statutes.
  • Respond to internal partners, external agencies, and producers, and interested parties with accuracy and independency.
  • Work with insurance licensing administration systems to interpret data and conduct research.
  • Ability to execute producer management service tasks including:
    • Agent & Agency appointments
    • Organizational changes
    • Agent & Agency terminations
    • Mergers & acquisitions
