We assess risks, monitor laws and regulations, design controls and policies, conduct independent testing, investigate breaches, and manage regulatory responses. Job Description

Our division's core activities involve managing compliance risks and ensuring adherence to legal standards. The team is responsible for a wide array of compliance functions essential to our operations and reputation.

The Role

The FCC's Strategic Program Management (SPM) team oversees large-scale initiatives to enhance the organization's performance and risk coverage. This role involves managing specific workstreams within the FCC Annual Plan, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines with workstream leads
  • Track progress and report using Smartsheet
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Manage change processes and documentation
  • Engage stakeholders and conduct readiness assessments
  • Develop and format data using internal tools
  • Conduct training and monitor adoption metrics
  • Contribute to management reports
  • Support other FCC initiatives as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Project management experience
  • Compliance or regulatory experience is advantageous
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML, sanctions, anti-bribery, or anti-fraud in banking or regulators
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of financial products and services
  • Team-oriented attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to multitask
  • Interest in global team environments
