Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Manager of Compliance Engineering Program Management to lead the SDS Compliance EPM team in Austin, TX.

The role partners with SDS, Corporate Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to drive integrations, analytics, and process improvements in a high-visibility environment. The manager will guide a team of engineering PMs, data scientists and analysts, communicating with executives and key business leaders to balance impact, cost, and risk while advancing Apple’s compliance

Qualifications

BS/MS or equivalent experience in a relevant field — engineering, math, computer science.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to senior leadership.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across engineering, legal, policy.
Experience navigating regulatory environments and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional program team to deliver compliance engineering solutions at Apple.
Drive integrations, process improvements, and analytic platforms with stakeholders across SDS, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
Communicate status, risks, and results to executives and partners; balance scope, cost, and schedule.
