An environmental services firm is seeking a Compliance Engineering Manager in Asheville, NC. This role involves overseeing a range of civil and environmental engineering projects, ensuring adherence to legal and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in civil engineering, strong communication skills, and be a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 4 years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental compliance regulations such as USEPA, NC DEQ.
• Proven experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance with engineering projects and staff.
• Oversee QA/QC processes for design plans and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with contracts.
