Job description

• Acts as the global compliance gatekeeper, ensuring product designs meet international safety standards and leading certifications for worldwide market access
• Leads worldwide safety compliance and certification initiatives to enable product entry into international markets

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct safety reviews of high‑voltage designs to ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and other standards; monitor updates and drive internal adoption
• Lead certification applications, testing, and end‑to‑end project management; serve as primary technical liaison with agencies such as UL and TUV to ensure on‑schedule certification

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Direct collaboration and successful product certification experience with international safety agencies such as UL and TÜV
• Hands‑on experience in safety compliance applications for high‑power products (e.g., server power supplies, charging piles)
• Deep understanding of key requirements for high‑power products, including electrical safety, insulation coordination, temperature rise, and fire protection
• Experience working in a testing laboratory or thorough knowledge of the complete safety compliance testing process and methods

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in using CAD software to review structural drawings for safety spacing assessments
• Lead global safety certification projects for multiple regions (e.g., UL/cUL, TUV, CE, PSE), with a strong understanding of cross‑regional standard variations
• Proven track record of successful safety certifications for key power components in data centers or electric vehicle applications
