Advisors Excel, LLC is seeking a compliance data manager to help audit data feeds and monitor day-to-day activities of our advisors and registered representatives. You will troubleshoot data errors, maintain data feeds, and support audits in a fast-changing regulatory environment.

A self-starter mindset and proactive problem-solving are essential. Ideal candidates will work independently, own projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with interest in compliance and data management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Exceptional problem determination skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and understand compliance requirements and regulations.
• Confident, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot data errors and updates to keep the surveillance system running smoothly.
• Assist with maintaining active data feeds for personal trading accounts.
• Support audits of the surveillance systems files.
• Drive compliance projects independently.
• Support other compliance teams as assigned, with teamwork.
