RESPONSIBILITIES
Software engineers primarily focus on software design and development. This includes programming positions across Engineering, encompassing business software engineers, platform engineers, and quality assurance engineers. Use open source software, databases, cloud solutions, and programming languages to solve problems, creating accurate, complex, scalable applications that benefit our business and clients.
As a software engineer, you will be a change agent transforming Goldman Sachs through your technical expertise. Collaborate with embedded engineering teams working closely with business partners such as trading, sales, asset management, banking, and finance to build and automate solutions that keep our firm at the forefront. Join core engineering teams to enhance our businesses by providing reliable, scalable platforms for data engineering, machine learning, networking, developer tooling, and collaboration.
Innovate alongside UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and more in a collaborative, agile environment where your enthusiasm for new challenges and learning will have an immediate impact.
