Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking an organized administrative professional to join our compliance team. You will manage the calendar, assemble data from multiple sources, and respond to municipality inquiries related to alcohol licensing.

You will also help maintain licenses, deadlines, and related records while supporting the rollout of License HQ and processing invoices. This role requires 2–4 years in administrative or regulatory support, with preferred experience in alcohol

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative, compliance, licensing, permitting, or regulatory support experience required.
• Experience supporting alcohol licensing, permits, regulatory filings, accounts payable processes, or compliance management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the compliance team's calendar and complete monthly compliance tasks.
• Assemble data from systems and across home office and field personnel.
• Field questions from municipalities including Alcohol Licensing inquiries.
• Maintain license rates, addresses, deadlines and permits.
• Process invoices and maintain payment records.
• Support implementation of License HQ software.
• File Annual Reports for alcohol licensing compliance.
• Handle other compliance administrative tasks.

Job description

What You\'ll Do

• Manages the compliance team\'s calendar and takes initiative to complete monthly compliance task
• Assembles data from systems and across home office and field personnel
• Fields questions from municipalities including inquiries that come directly to the Alcohol Licensing email.
• Researches and maintains rates, addresses, deadlines associated with licenses and permits
• Processes invoices, requests checks as needed, and maintains payment records for future reference.
• Primary support for implementation of new compliance software (License HQ)
• Files Annual Reports needed for alcohol licensing compliance
• Handles other administrative tasks for compliance function.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years of administrative, compliance, licensing, permitting, or regulatory support experience required.
• Experience supporting alcohol licensing, permits, regulatory filings, accounts payable processes, or compliance management systems preferred.
