Job summary

Ci-Dell Plastics, a growing, family-owned precision manufacturer in Mequon, Wisconsin, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to build and mature our compliance program, support the CMMC journey, and ensure regulatory alignment across FAR, DFARS, REACH, RoHS and related standards.

You will partner with the Quality Manager, develop policies and training, conduct internal audits, manage the document control system, and collaborate with Quality, Sales, IT and Operations to meet customer and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of compliance experience
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, government contracting, or another regulated industry preferred
• Knowledge of document control, quality systems, federal regulations, or CMMC is a plus—we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to successfully pass a background check required for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Quality Manager to build and strengthen our compliance program
• Support compliance with FAR, DFARS, CMMC, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and related regulations
• Review customer contracts, complete proposal compliance documentation, and respond to customer requests through secure portals
• Develop policies, procedures, and employee training that support compliance and continuous improvement
• Conduct internal audits, identify risks, and recommend process improvements
• Own our document control system, including version control, document templates, forms, records retention, and cross-department document management
• Work closely with Quality, Sales, IT, and Operations to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met
