Job summary

Children's Home is seeking a PQI Compliance Auditor to ensure compliance activities, agency audits, and standards for excellence are completed with precision and collaboration. The role emphasizes meticulous data handling and cross-team coordination to uphold high practice standards.

The auditor will monitor compliance across various programs, generate detailed reports, and drive continuous improvement through auditing and reviews within the Agency.

Qualifications

• Review data from a variety of sources and compare to compliance standards.
• Ability to interpret and create documentation including reports and manuals.
• Communicate effectively with agencies and personnel; maintain confidentiality as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide detail-oriented reports and data collection for investigative purposes.
• Conduct compliance activities including quality compliance, chart audits, and monitoring of agency programs such as Health Homes and other services.
• Manage data and report quality surveys across the Agency.
• Deliver surveys, perform data mining, and generate reports.
