Job summary

GEO Group in Colorado is seeking a Compliance Auditor to support daily quality control audits across facility operations and ensure adherence to accreditation and ACA-related requirements. You will provide timely, accurate audit findings and reports to management.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 3 years of compliance/auditing experience, strong written and verbal communication, and willingness to travel for audits, including weekends or overnights when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years' progressive experience in compliance/auditing required.
• Ability to travel for audits and work in a secure, residential environment.
• Strong report writing and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• The Compliance Auditor conducts daily reviews of facility departments.
• Performs periodic accreditation audits and reports results.
• Collects information to validate compliance with ACA, healthcare and related requirements.
• Provides monthly audit reports and presents findings to staff.
• Maintains databases of all audits and updates resources and policies.
