Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience for the Associate track; 4+ years for AVP in legal or regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with US BSA/AML/CFT regulations, OFAC sanctions, and financial services compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of business-line compliance programs including BSA/AML controls.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance reports, management presentations, and risk summaries.
• Coordinate with business-unit representatives to gather information and track items.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess implications for the organization.
• Maintain regulatory change tracking tools and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Review testing plans, control inventories, and risk metrics for program effectiveness.
• Consolidate data and prepare dashboards for management committees.
• Assist with compliance reviews for new activities and client onboarding.
• Coordinate responses to internal audits and testing requests.
• Support governance reporting and enterprise compliance reporting initiatives.
