Octagon Credit Investors is seeking an experienced compliance professional to administer the firm’s Code of Ethics and support regulatory reporting, testing, and daily compliance monitoring. This role offers growth opportunities in strengthening Octagon’s compliance program.
The Associate will work on testing, AML reviews, regulatory filings, and inquiries while collaborating across teams to ensure adherence to securities laws and firm policies.

The Associate will primarily be responsible for administering the Code of Ethics and various aspects of regulatory reporting, testing, marketing review, and daily compliance monitoring. We are looking for an experienced compliance professional who will take on an integral role in helping to contribute to the management of Octagon’s compliance program. This role provides the opportunity to grow as a compliance professional and generalist.
