Job summary

Landing Point in New York, NY is seeking a Compliance Analyst/Associate to join its growing team. This is the first dedicated compliance hire, offering broad exposure and ownership early in your career.

You’ll work closely with the GC/CCO, help manage employee compliance and personal trading, support network reviews, vendor diligence, and assist with regulatory filings and exams. Competitive compensation and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance experience within an investment manager, hedge fund, private fund or similar financial services environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable owning recurring processes and keeping multiple workstreams moving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Someone proactive, dependable and excited to take on increasing responsibility

Our client, a rapidly growing investment manager, is looking to add a Compliance Analyst / Associate to its New York team. The firm has already doubled its AUM since launch and continues to scale quickly.

This will be the first dedicated compliance hire working alongside the GC/CCO, creating a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure, take real ownership, and grow with the firm.
