LHH is seeking an Analyst, Ethics and Compliance Operations to join their global client’s Legal Department team. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact compliance program through the end of 2025, with potential for extension based on business needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development and delivery of engaging compliance training modules and instructor-led sessions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to ensure timely rollout of training content.
  • Manage LMS integration, technical testing, and reporting to track employee training progress.
  • Coordinate department-wide initiatives including surveys, certifications, and policy updates.
  • Create and execute multi-channel communication strategies to promote ethics and compliance awareness.

  • A skilled project manager with experience in global environments and corporate training systems.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to learn and apply AI tools for training and communication.
  • A strong communicator with a knack for creating high-quality internal content across formats.
