Your Role:
Responsible for implementing and executing governance processes for the IT organization. Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to IT teams on governance and processes and applies those methodologies in their own daily work. Educates others on their responsibilities/accountabilities for the purpose of aligning all IT work efforts within our governance model within acceptable risk measures. Makes recommendations and directs improvement.
Your work:
• Perform extensive analysis.
• Utilize tools and methods to assess maturity and effectiveness of governance framework and procedures, identify gaps and develop recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Orchestrate execution of governance processes and ensure adherence to published policies, procedures and standards.
• Lead all phases of governance projects, programs and initiatives of diverse scope and complexity.
• Work and collaborate with others in either a lead or support role based on business need.
• Responsible for identifying and championing appropriate solutions.
• Provide strategic consultation on Governance direction to management and support staff
Required Experience, Education and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years’ work experience in a relevant field.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience leading ad-hoq or standing teams
• Solid understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance methodologies.
• Experience implementing or significantly improving a governance program

The national average salary range for this position is $136,890-$152,100.However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $123,120-$182,450 This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
