A major staffing firm is seeking a Compliance Analyst & OpEX II for a hybrid contract opportunity in Pennsylvania. Required

• BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience
  At least 2 years of experience as a business analysis, project manager/coordinator or related work
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
• Process and detail oriented with ability to produce high- quality work products
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
  Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Experience using verbal and written communications skills
  Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
  

Preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in the Electric Utility Industry, Human Performance and Event Analysis, and Internal Controls
• Experience and conducting event analysis
• At least 4 years of experience with ClientOperations, Markets, Planning, and ITS functions Experience with Client’s internal systems, business process, and tools
• Experience with Clientregulatory and governing documents
• Experience with developing and/or documenting controls Experience supporting Client stakeholder Committees
• Experience with Clientoperations, markets, and planning functions
• Experience supporting any of ClientCommittees
