Job Description

The Compliance Analyst assists in implementing Prime’s compliance programs within their designated areas and partners with key internal stakeholders to monitor compliance, validate policies, procedures, licensure, and program manuals are effectively followed and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance across the organization to ensure requirements are met and business operations align with applicable regulatory guidance.
  • Develop solutions to moderately complex compliance problems by referring to precedence, policies, and SOPs; escalate issues to Compliance leadership as appropriate.
  • Support and lead project management efforts of Compliance initiatives.
  • Represent the Compliance Department on projects of medium complexity, contracts, or other cross-functional assignments.
  • Facilitate development, maintenance, and delivery of compliance training; administer the annual conflict of interest process; review SOPs and policies; develop revision and tracking processes.
  • Research laws, industry guidance, and regulatory issues impacting Prime’s compliance programs or filings; document requirements or disciplinary actions and escalate findings.
  • Manage regulatory submissions, filings, renewals, and reports related to licensed functions; maintain licensing documentation and IT applications; respond to information requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or project coordination roles in healthcare or a highly regulated industry.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, ACA.
  • Certifications like CCEP, CHC, PMP.
  • Experience with licensing processes.
Physical Demands
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Constant sitting, using hands, talking, hearing.
  • Frequent reaching; occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Vision requirements.

Employees must adhere to security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

Salary range: $59,000 - $94,000 based on experience.
