Compliance Analyst - Medicare Part B - REMOTE

Job Description

The Compliance Analyst supports the implementation of Prime’s compliance programs within their designated areas, collaborating with internal stakeholders to monitor compliance, validate policies, procedures, licensure, and program manuals are properly followed and maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to ensure requirements are met and operations align with regulatory guidance.
  • Develop solutions for moderately complex compliance issues, referencing policies and escalating when necessary.
  • Support and lead project management efforts for compliance initiatives.
  • Represent the Compliance Department on projects of medium complexity and cross-functional assignments.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and delivering compliance training, manage conflict of interest processes, and review policies and procedures.
  • Research relevant laws, industry guidance, and regulatory issues, documenting requirements and escalating findings.
  • Manage licensing efforts, including regulatory submissions, filings, renewals, and maintaining related documentation and IT applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years in legal, compliance, or project coordination roles within healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, understanding of compliance principles, and ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Ability to influence at all organizational levels and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, PBM, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or ACA.
  • Certifications such as CCEP, CHC, PMP.
  • Experience with licensing processes and applications.
Physical Demands
  • Travel up to 10%, sitting, handling, talking, hearing, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting as specified.

Salary range: $59,000 - $94,000, based on experience and skills. Benefits details available on our Benefits Page.
